Originally founded in 2013 by Kevin Karner while working at HubSpot as an enterprise sales engineer. Customers would come through everyday looking to migrate from a marketing platform like Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, etc - and they didn't have the resources to do it internally. So we would work with them to make that migration seamless. Hence the name "Marketing Migration". At the time it was a side project and would manage around ~25 migrations per year.
In 2015 - Kevin left HubSpot to build out the sales team at Drift, growing it from being the only rep to over 30 by the end of 2017 all while personally delivering over $1.3M in revenue in 2017.
Fast forward to 2018 and the need for migrations was continually rising, and customers were also looking for additional services after the migration to help get more out of their HubSpot subscription and drive more productivity with their sales team.
This lead to Kevin leaving Drift at the start of 2018 to pursue the business full time. No longer just a side project to help companies get up and running on HubSpot, and now a full marketing & sales consulting business to help with all your needs.
We are still a team of one full time (Kevin) and a number of outside contractors that will help as needed. The plan is to continually grow the business to ~10 full time all while focusing on working with the best customers.
